Love your idea!.... Is it legal?

When I explain what social betting is about people get really exited by the idea but most of the time they come up with question around the legal aspect of the concept.
Well yesterday I met with Alexandre Diehl who is an independent business lawyer and we had an interesting discussion about that. Alexandre is an expert in that specific industry and I want to thank him for spending some time with me.

Good news! The service I would like to launch is legal. I won't share the details of our discussion and there are some areas where I should be cautious but it's good to hear it from someone who really knows what he's talking about...

Anyway if you're still thinking it's legally impossible to launch such a service well just have a look at 1jour1pari, Betsetter and sport4fun... They already are on the market with services that have some similarities with the concept of social betting... Not quiet as good as what we're developing though :-)

L'aventure commence

Alors tu montes ta boite? Ça avance? T'en es où?

Depuis que j'ai décidé de quitter mon entreprise pour créer ma société, mes amis, mes collègues et ma familles me posent beaucoup de questions sur mon projet.
C'est principalement pour vous que j'ai crée ce blog. A travers ce dernier vous pourrez suivre mon aventure au quotidien. Bonnes nouvelles, idées, galères, rencontres vous serez au premières loges de ma nouvelle vie d'entrepreneur.
Les visiteurs que je ne connais pas sont aussi les bienvenus. L'entreprenariat est un océan d'incertitudes où les témoignages des autres sont de petits continents d'où l'on prépare ses traversées. Mes expériences seront peut-être un petit continent pour un autre marin..;-)
